Position Summary
The BOH Crew Level 2 is an experienced kitchen team member who performs all BOH functions while also supporting training and development of newer crew members. This role is fully cross-trained across dish, prep, line execution, and grab-and-go production, and plays a key role in maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and operational flow.
BOH Crew Level 2 team members are dependable on shift, able to work independently across stations, and help reinforce standards, systems, and culture within the kitchen.

Reporting Structure
Reports to the Kitchen Manager. This position does not have direct reports but serves as a peer trainer and shift-level support for BOH Crew Level 1.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on, back-of-house position requiring extended periods of standing, bending, lifting, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Must be able to handle exposure to heat, cold, and cleaning chemicals. Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
