Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician to support resident care and medication administration with compassion and dignity. This role includes evening and overnight shifts with rotating weekend availability, within a on-site setting at our Burlington location.

Qualifications

• Active Medication Technician Certification in good standing or 1+ year senior care experience.
• Must have Medication Manager Certificate from Department of Inspection and Appeals.
• High School Diploma or GED; CPR/First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Follow MAR to administer medications per physician orders.
• Adhere to Six rights of medication administration and internal policies.
• Utilize the eMAR system for medication administration.
• Communicate with clinical leadership for clarification on resident care.
• Provide direct resident care and supervise non-licensed staff on shift.
• Demonstrate Bickford Mission on shift.
