Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old, have a valid driver's license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required) and be available by telephone for daily contact.
• Certifications in First Aid, CPR, MAP & Safety Care are expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety of individuals.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Coordinate and participate in transportation to appointments and activities.
• Maintain records and document daily data.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and trainings.
