Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Direct Support Professional II – Awake Overnight to provide compassionate care for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This part-time role covers overnight shifts with weekend and weekday nights, focusing on personal care, daily living support, and safety.

You’ll help with bathing, grooming, meal prep and transportation, follow Behavior Support Plans, and assist with medications as directed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required
• Standard driver’s license – class C or class D
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day services and personal care to program participants.
• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep, and shopping, enabling daily life.
• Administering medications (or supporting self-medication) as directed.
• Follow routines of individuals including Behavior Support Plans, personal care, and Physical Therapy.
