Venture Community Services in Massachusetts seeks a part-time Direct Support Professional to empower adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will support daily living activities, assist with meals, shopping, and personal care, and help individuals participate in their community.

Paid training is provided, with a sign-on bonus for full- and part-time staff. The role requires reliability, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with household tasks, meals, shopping, and personal care as needed.
• Coordinate appointments, community participation and outings.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and medical guidelines.
• Maintain safety and complete required trainings.
