Job summary

Venture Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a behavioral residential setting. You will assist with daily living activities, accompany clients to appointments, and help them participate in the community.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in residential settings with behavioral individuals preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, mobility, and transportation.
• Support residents to participate in community activities and appointments.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans and safety procedures to ensure well-being.
