NCIA is seeking compassionate Community Living Associates to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings in Baltimore County, MD. This role focuses on health, safety, and personal growth through individualized support and community integration.

Evening or Overnight schedules are available. You will implement plans, supervise daily living activities, assist with meals and transport, document health data, respond to crises, and maintain a safe environment while joining a

• High school diploma or GED is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with individuals using their preferred method.
• Basic math skills including fractions, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs.
• Ability to solve practical problems and follow written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Person-Centered Plans, behavior plans, and nursing care plans
• Provide supervision, personal care, and life skills training
• Assist with meal preparation, household upkeep, and community activities
• Document daily progress, incidents, and health data in agency systems
• Transport residents to appointments and activities
• Respond to crises and communicate concerns to medical and supervisory staff
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and safe home environment
