Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication, including ability to communicate effectively with individuals using their preferred method.
• Basic math: fractions, percentages, and interpreting bar graphs.

Responsibilities

• Implement Person-Centered Plans, behavior plans, and nursing care plans.
• Provide supervision, personal care, and life skills training.
• Assist with meal preparation, household upkeep, and community activities.
• Document daily progress, incidents, and health data in agency systems.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
