Job summary

Inhome Advantage, a locally-owned non-medical home care agency in central Baltimore County, is seeking a compassionate Overnight Caregiver to provide supervision, companionship, and personal care in clients' homes. This role supports clients with daily activities, safety, and routine tasks in the evenings through mornings.

We value reliability, excellent communication, and adherence to health guidelines. Availability for overnight shifts in Baltimore County and surrounding communities offers

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNA, CMT, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
• First aid and CPR-certified
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical, reliable, patientv

• Overnight supervision and companionship
