Job summary

NCIA is seeking a Community Living Coordinator in Maryland to lead multiple residential programs and empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to pursue independent, meaningful lives. You will partner with families, healthcare providers, and community partners to deliver high-quality services and person-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience supervising staff in residential or community settings.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a person-centered approach.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and coaching to residential teams.

Ensure person-centered plans are implemented with dignity and consistency.
