Spring Oak Senior Living in Bedford, VA is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and PCAs for evening and overnight care teams. Positions are full-time with every other weekend required, offering $15.00-$16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, and companionship to residents, ensuring safety and comfort throughout shifts. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication with the care team, and a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as caregiver, CNA, PCA, or in assisted living.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
• Provide support with mobility and transfers per individualized care plans.
• Help residents with evening routines or overnight needs, depending on shift.
• Respond promptly to requests for assistance and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Offer companionship while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Communicate clearly with nurses, medication aides, teammates, and the incoming shift.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
