Job summary

Spring Arbor Cottages of Salisbury in Midlothian, VA is hiring compassionate CNAs, PCAs, caregivers and resident assistants. This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities with same-day pay and starting pay of $17.56 per hour plus higher pay based on experience.

What You'll Do

As a Resident Assistant / Caregiver, you'll provide hands‑on support and companionship to residents, including:

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Help with mobility, transfers and positioning
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have experience as a:

CNA PCA Caregiver Resident Assistant Nursing Assistant

Senior Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Care or healthcare experience is a plus!

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• CNA certification preferred but not required
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
