Job summary

Spring Arbor Cottages of Salisbury in Midlothian, VA is hiring compassionate CNAs, PCAs, caregivers and resident assistants. This role offers part-time or full-time opportunities with same-day pay and starting pay of $17.56 per hour plus higher pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Dementia training required for Memory Care associates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Help with mobility, transfers and positioning.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide medication reminders as permitted.
• Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team.
• Support residents with activities and engagement.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable and positive environment.
