Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL service provider in supply chain management and e-commerce. The Outbound Supervisor will ensure the timely completion of orders and align labor resources with priorities.

The role covers the 2nd shift (3 pm to 11:30 pm), overseeing pick/pack/ship operations and KPI management, including Kronos and Excel reporting for WMS support. You will hire and train new staff, maintain procedures, and ensure compliance with customer requirements in a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

• 3 years of Supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.
• A bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 3 years in a WMS environment.
• Experience with inventory research.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage labor and equipment of the Pick/Pack/Ship operation.
• Ensure on-time completion and maintain order quality to meet customer needs.
• Oversee direct shipping, pick, pack, and traffic.
• Coordinate activities of employees and monitor KPI performance.
