Job summary

Arvato Direct Services Potsdam GmbH in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to ensure timely order completion and optimal labor resource management. You will prioritize orders, supervise pick/pack/ship operations, and coordinate staff for training and adherence to procedures.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, 3 years in a WMS environment, and experience with inventory research.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years in a WMS environment.
• Experience with inventory research.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage labor and equipment of the Pick/Pack/Ship operation.
• Ensure on-time completion and maintain order quality to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee direct shipping, pick, pack, and traffic.
• Coordinate activities of employees and training for new hires.
• Ensure procedures are followed and updated for current and new customers.
• Monitor KPI performance and document procedures and quality processes.
• Maintain supplies and equipment for the department.
• Monitor customer requests and vendor-specific shipping requirements.
• Update Kronos and Metrics in Excel related to WMS reporting.
• Oversee floor picking, packing, and shipping functions.
