Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, is seeking an Outbound Supervisor in Shepherdsville, KY. You will supervise pick/pack/ship operations, manage labor and equipment, and ensure on-time order completion to exceed customer expectations.

You will coordinate workforce activities, oversee shipping and traffic, and maintain WMS reporting in Kronos/Excel. 3+ years in supervision, WMS, and inventory‑related tasks are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a logistics environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years in a WMS environment and inventory research experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage labor and equipment for the Pick/Pack/Ship operation.
• Ensure on-time completion and maintain order quality to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee direct shipping, pick, pack, and traffic operations.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees.
• Maintain Kronos and Metrics in Excel for WMS reporting.
