Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our Digital Solutions team in Lutterworth. As a DS Team Leader on our evening shift, you will drive the Scanning Centre's success by planning, monitoring, and optimising operations across scanning, indexing, records management and storage.

You will lead a capable team with limited supervision outside escalation routes and will benefit from experience in a contact centre, warehousing or production environment.

Qualifications

Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to drive operational performance.

Responsibilities

Manage Scanning Centre operations across digitisation, receiving, warehousing and distribution.
Collaborate with the DS Supervisor, internal teams, clients and suppliers to coordinate daily tasks and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with digitisation, warehousing, handling and shipping policies and safety rules.
Conduct risk assessments, enforce safe work systems and statutory health and safety reporting.
Lead, train and motivate the team, manage shift rotas and appraisals to drive results.
