JPMorgan Chase & Co. DBS Supervisor will oversee evening courier, print production, and messenger services across multiple NY Midtown locations. The role requires hands-on leadership and operational backup to maintain smooth, high-quality service.

You will drive daily priorities, coach staff, and ensure DBS standards and SLAs are met while safeguarding confidential information. Strong MS Office skills and customer-focused communication are essential.

Qualifications

• End-to-end operations experience in high-volume print production environments.
• 5+ years in high-volume professional printing.
• 5+ years in team management or equivalent leadership in operations.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced production environments.
• Strong customer service mindset and stakeholder communication.
• Detail- and deadline-oriented with confidentiality and controls.
• Prior people leadership experience in an operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the evening courier vendor and printing requests requiring delivery; coordinate MetroTech-to-Midtown deliveries and all services; split second-shift starting at 1:00 PM.
• Lead services across mail, print production, and messenger; ensure daily workflow meets DBS standards and SLAs.
• Set daily operational priorities; assign work; coordinate coverage to meet service expectations.
• Drive operational improvements: new services, local procedures, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, tracking and reporting in Excel.
• Directly manage team performance: set expectations, coach, give feedback, and take corrective action.
• Ensure health and safety, protect confidentiality, identify and correct non-compliant activities.
• Manage client/stakeholder relationships; respond to service needs and resolve escalations.
