Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading teams in an operations setting.
• Coaching, coverage coordination, and performance management experience.
• Experience operating in controlled environments with quality, information security, and compliance.
• Ability to plan and manage day-to-day coverage and workflow execution.

Responsibilities

• Proactively set daily operational priorities, assign work, and coordinate coverage to meet service expectations.
• Establish and run day-to-day operating routines, including start-of-shift planning, workload balancing, handoffs, and end-of-day status review.
• Diligently manage workforce coverage and short-term resource planning by coordinating shift schedules and peak periods.
• Deploy cross-trained resources to protect SLAs and elevate staffing or operational risks as needed.
• Identify capacity constraints and maintain disciplined execution and controls compliance.
• Directly manage team performance by setting expectations, coaching, feedback, and corrective action.
• Reinforce a culture of engagement and accountability by addressing performance gaps and training needs.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness by standard work, documentation discipline, and control checks.
• Own escalation and incident management by triaging issues, coordinating response, and documenting actions.
• Lead operational change and continuous improvement by implementing process updates and ensuring adoption.
• Develop Team Leads and talent by delegating stretch assignments and coaching.
