Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Document & Business Solutions (DBS) seeks a Supervisor to lead evening operations across four Midtown NY production sites, guiding mail, print, and messenger activities while acting as operational backup when needed.

You will manage couriers, partner with vendors, monitor workflow, coach staff, and uphold DBS standards and security. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong Excel skills in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage evening courier vendor and printing requests; coordinate MetroTech-to-Midtown deliveries and 270 services.
• Lead services (mail, print production, messenger) to ensure daily workflow meets DBS standards.
• Set daily operational priorities, assign work, and coordinate coverage.
• Drive operational improvements through new services, inventory/fulfillment, and reporting (Excel).
• Coach and evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and enforce corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and protection of confidential information.
• Build and manage client/stakeholder relationships and resolve escalations.
