Qualifications

• Fluent English required for internal/external communications.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Minimum high school education; college preferred.
• One year trucking or similar supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop inbound operation plans and schedule routes.
• Supervise dockworkers and drivers during unloading/loading.
• Coordinate hazmat compliance and paperwork.
• Maintain shift communication with linehaul and drivers.
• Oversee 90-day onboarding for new drivers and dockworkers.
• Ensure safety compliance with regulations.
• Handle customer service requests and phone inquiries.
• Maintain positive work environment and address concerns.
