• Familiarity with medical billing codes and Epic Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Collect demographics, insurance information and patient liability at service time.
• Perform financial clearance for assigned accounts and ensure regulatory compliance.
