Qualifications

• Experience with insurance eligibility systems and familiarity with medical billing codes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information; determine patient liability at time of service.
• Complete financial clearance functions on assigned accounts and document information accurately.
• Greet and serve patients professionally to promote positive encounters while complying with regulations.
