• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for both scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Complete financial clearance functions for scheduled accounts and collect patient liability when known.
• Gather accurate demographics and insurance information; ensure regulatory compliance and timely documentation.
• Greet patients professionally to promote positive encounters and smooth registration processes.
