Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival.
• Collect demographic information and insurance details; collect patient liability when known.
• Perform financial clearance for scheduled accounts.
• Greet patients in a professional, friendly manner to promote positive encounters.
• Ensure documentation complies with regulations and is accurate.
