• Provide customer service communications for individuals supported, take messages, respond to inquiries, and greet visitors.
• Perform clerical duties to ensure efficient office operations, including mail, filing, and meeting preparation.
• Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, forms, data entry, and basic record keeping.
• Provide fill-in support in absence of other staff and follow policies and procedures.
