Avamere Riverpark of Eugene in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with care plans.

This full-time evening shift (2p–10p) emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, teamwork with nurses, and maintaining a warm, safe environment while supporting residents with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Be a licensed certified nursing assistant in this state.
• Must maintain an active CPR/BLS during employment.
• Have a passion for caregiving and enhancing residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Check residents routinely to ensure personal care needs are met as per wishes.
• Review care plans daily to detect changes in daily care routines.
• Inform the nurse supervisor of changes so updates can be entered.
• Assist residents with daily needs and transportation to appointments.
• Create a warm, patient, enthusiastic environment for residents.
• Ensure rooms are ready for receiving and help residents feel comfortable.
• Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies.
• Communicate resident information to charge nurses and administrators.
