The Willows at Okemos in Michigan seeks an Evening Supervisor (LPN, RN) to support the DON and ADON in managing evening nursing operations and ensuring high-quality resident care. This role requires supervising care, coordinating documentation in MatrixCare, and maintaining readiness for surveys.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN or RN license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON/ADON in planning, directing nursing services in the evening shift.
• Supervise resident care per plan of care and assessed status.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed and assess treatment results.
• Assist with resident documentation in MatrixCare for completeness.
• Maintain campus readiness, conduct tours, and support survey readiness.
• Provide patient care as necessary.
