Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, Novi MI, is seeking an Evening Supervisor (LPN, RN) to support the DON and ADON in overseeing nursing operations and ensuring high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes supervision, hands-on patient care, documentation, and teamwork across shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a current LPN or RN license with CPR certification and is available for evening shifts, with on-call rotation and 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Evening shift hours with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ADON & DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department in accordance with rules and guidelines.
• Supervise and assist with resident care according to assessments and care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed and assess residents for treatment and medication results.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation to ensure Medical Records are complete and accurate.
• Maintain first impressions for tours and survey readiness; execute tours as necessary.
• Provide patient care as necessary.
