The Willows at Okemos in Michigan is seeking an Evening Supervisor (LPN/RN) to support the Director of Nursing and ensure high-quality resident care during evening hours. The role includes supervising staff, guiding care plans, documenting care, and maintaining survey readiness.

Qualified candidates hold a current LPN or RN license, CPR certification, and are prepared for an eight-hour evening shift, Monday through Friday with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ADON & DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department.
• Supervise, oversee and assist with all resident care per plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per resident assessment, orders and plan of care.
