Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Evening supervisor role supports nursing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON and ADON in planning and directing the nursing services.
• Supervise and assist with all resident care according to plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed per assessments and orders.
• Assist with scanning and attaching resident documentation in MatrixCare.
• Maintain first impressions and participate in survey readiness and campus tours.
• Ensure the campus is tour-ready and manage tour stations and resources.
• Provide patient care as necessary.
