Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN or RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON, ADON to plan, develop, organize and direct nursing services.
• Supervise and assist with resident care per care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care as needed per assessments and orders.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate in MatrixCare.
