Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Evening Supervisor (LPN, RN) to support the DON/ADON and oversee evening nursing functions at our Delphi campus. You will supervise resident care, assist with documentation in MatrixCare, and help maintain survey readiness and a welcoming campus environment.

The role requires an active LPN or RN license and CPR certification, with evening 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday and on-call rotation.

Qualifikationen

• Must have and maintain a current, valid LPN or RN license.
• Current, valid CPR certification required.
• Evening shift hours, 8-hour shifts; Monday - Friday with on call rotation.

Aufgaben

• Assist the ADON & DON to plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department.
• Supervise, oversee and assist with all resident care according to assessed status and plan of care.
• Provide direct nursing care as necessary per resident assessment, orders and plan of care.
• Assist in scanning and attaching resident documentation in MatrixCare for complete records.
• Maintain first impressions to welcome potential customers and participate in survey readiness.
• Ensure campus is tour ready; execute tours as necessary.
