Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Evening Supervisor (LPN, RN) in Hudsonville, MI to support the DON/ADON and manage evening nursing operations. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality care, coordinating resident plans, and maintaining accurate documentation in MatrixCare.

The position requires an active LPN or RN license, CPR certification, and availability for 8-hour evening shifts, Monday–Friday with on-call rotation. Compensation is determined by license and experience.

Qualifications

• Current, valid CPR certification required.
• Must hold and maintain a current, valid state LPN or RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON and ADON in planning, directing, and evaluating nursing services.
• Supervise and assist with resident care per plan of care and assessments.
• Document in MatrixCare and ensure medical records are complete and accurate.
• Support campus readiness, tours, and patient care as needed.
