Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Lead RN/Charge Nurse to coordinate patient care on the MICU at Anderson Hospital. You will collaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure high-quality care, efficiency, and optimal resource use, while mentoring staff and upholding safety standards.

The role requires an RN license, 2 years of nursing experience with acuity-level leadership, and BSN preferred. This is an on-site leadership position with evenings/nights and a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in state or compact (required).
• Experience: 2 years nursing with 1 year in acuity-level leadership preferred.
• Leadership certifications encouraged (various).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care on the designated unit.
• Guide staff and oversee unit in absence of unit leader.
