Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Hospital Supervisor RN to lead hospital personnel and supervise patient care during evening, night and weekend shifts in the absence of leadership.

You will act as a primary admin representative, ensure policy adherence, resolve issues through proper chain of command, and support staff with problem solving while maintaining high standards of safety and patient care.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory or healthcare leadership experience.
• Active WA Registered Nurse license at hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification at hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital personnel and supervise patient care in absence of leadership.
• Serve as administrative representative and resource for staff.
• Ensure operations follow internal policies and procedures.
• Resolve problems through the appropriate chain of command.
• Identify and address departmental or personnel issues.
• Apply knowledge to solve problems with minimal supervision.
