Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a Supervisor to provide leadership during assigned shifts and oversee hospital operations. The on-call administrator will cover evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, coordinating patient flow and staffing while addressing emergencies.

The role supports compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards and serves as a resource for both clinical and non-clinical staff. RN licensure and BLS/ACLS are required for practice in the state.

Qualifications

• RN license valid in the practicing state.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership during assigned shifts to oversee hospital operations.
• Act as administrative point of contact during non-business hours.
• Coordinate patient flow and staffing.
• Address emergencies and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
