Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an RN – Clinical Supervisor to oversee patient care and unit operations during weekend night shifts. You will coordinate patient and staff assignments, assist with clinical care, and interface with medical staff and families.

The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating care, supervising staff activities, budgeting, training, and ensuring a safe, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure.
• 2-3 years of patient care experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient and staff assignments.
• Assist with clinical care.
• Facilitate staff meetings.
• Interface with medical staff and families.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care; supervise staff activities.
• Manage staffing, training, budgeting and inventory.
• May perform staff nurse duties as needed.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Supervise personnel; assist with hiring and evaluations; ensure a safe, organized environment.
