Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor (Building Oversight) to lead clinical and operational workflow across the facility during the evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday). You will serve as the primary clinical leader on duty, ensuring resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening nursing operations across all facility units.
• Make clinical decisions for acute resident changes, emergencies, and transfers.
• Conduct regular rounds to oversee care, meds, infection control, and charting.
• Adjust shift assignments to maintain coverage and balance workloads.
• Oversee evening admissions, room placements, and physician orders.
• Mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain professional standards.
• Ensure compliance with Connecticut DPH and CMS guidelines.
