Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in the state of employment (required).
• Previous nursing management, supervisory, or charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff during the shift.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Supervise and mentor nurses and nursing assistants.
• Respond to clinical concerns and resident needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist with admissions, incident follow-up, and other clinical matters as needed.
