Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program, BSN preferred.
• Proven leadership and time management skills required.
• Emergency/Critical Care nursing experience preferred.
• Clinical management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and patient flow during off hours and weekends.
• Provide supervision and support to patient care areas.
• Coordinate admissions and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Respond to emergencies and assist as needed across departments.
• Maintain staff communication and perform timely performance feedback and evaluations.
