Job summary

Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred; Master’s preferred.
- Licenses: RN license; BLS certification; data-related credentials as needed.
- Experience: 5–7 years clinical nursing; 2–3 years lead nursing experience.
- Skills: strong organization, communication, problem solving, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Supervise patient care via nursing process and provide guidance.
- Ensure appropriate intervention for deteriorating conditions or equipment issues.
- Serve as off-shift patient care representative, document issues, and investigate.
- Conduct rounds and define reporting expectations for high-acuity patients.
- Coordinate with off-shift support services to meet clinical and environmental needs.
- Follow through to resolve patient and environmental safety issues.
