Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN program. BSN preferred.
• Recent Emergency Department/Critical Care Experience preferred.
• Registered Nurse licensed by the State of Vermont.
• BLS Healthcare Provider status.
• ACLS within 3 months of hire.
• PALS within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC within one year of hire.
• CEN, STABLE, and ENPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and deliver initial and ongoing emergency care to adult and pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with ED physicians, NPs, PAs, and ED staff to provide safe, effective care.
• Provide discharge education and coordinate patient transport or admission as needed.
