Job summary

Brattleboro Memorial Hospital in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a Staff RN for the Progressive Care Unit. This 0.9 FTE night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) role involves direct patient care within a multidisciplinary team and leadership in safe nursing practices on a telemetry medical-surgical unit.

The ideal candidate will have RN licensure in Vermont (or compact), ACLS certification, and experience in ambulatory care or pre/post surgical settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of RN accredited program; BSN preferred.
• State of Vermont RN license (or compact license) required.
• ACLS certification and ambulatory care/same-day surgery experience preferred.
• Proficient in electronic charting and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on PCU with multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain patient safety and lead in nursing interventions as appropriate.
