Job summary

Qualifications

• Vermont RN licensure or eligibility for Vermont licensure.
• Master's in nursing preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience in behavioral health.
• Two years of management experience required.
• Computer literate with PC, typing, email, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage and problem solve for patient care and safety.
• Provide supervision and direction hospital-wide to clinical areas.
• Coordinate comprehensive handoffs to managers and clinicians.
• Lead and mentor staff on duties and professional development.
• Collaborate with charge RNs and charge MHWs in residential settings.
