The role emphasizes a friendly, dependable front desk presence, basic data entry, and professional communication in a healthcare environment. AHCA background screening is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, vendors and staff professionally.
• Answer and direct incoming calls; take messages and route accordingly.
• Monitor entrances and manage visitor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Maintain logs, records, and shift notes; pass key information at shift changes.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
• Keep reception area clean, organized and welcoming.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and leadership on visitor needs or urgent situations.
