• Assist residents with daily living skills per ISP and skill levels.
• Observe and follow agency policies and procedures.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings.
• Maintain resident records and input data electronically.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and document health records.
• Manage petty cash and resident funds.
• Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and proper food storage.
• Respect residents as adults and maintain confidentiality.
