Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; bring diploma.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• US citizen or green card holder.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living skills according to ISP goals.
• Observe and follow agency and state policies and procedures.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and webinars.
• Maintain resident records and document health and activity notes.
• Schedule, transport, and accompany residents to medical appointments.
