Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treat residents and co-workers according to ISP and skill levels.
• Observe and follow all agency and state policies and procedures.
• Attend staff educational meetings, webinars and trainings.
• Demonstrate person-centered service with individuals served.
• Maintain residency documentation and safety compliance.
• Schedule, transport and accompany residents to medical appointments.
• Maintain resident records and health documentation.
• Handle petty cash and resident funds.
• Prepare meals and manage groceries per menus.
• Respect residents' rights and independence.
• Assist with mobility and routine activities as needed.
