Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living skills and ISP-based activities.
• Supervise self-administration of medications as prescribed.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and document in EHR.
• Prepare meals, grocery shop, and manage menus as assigned.
• Maintain resident records and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Report safety or facility issues to Residential Services Coordinator/Director.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings and maintain professional conduct.
